Kasia Sulima

Kasia Sulima is an experienced IT Project and Governance Manager at Kyowa Kirin International plc., specializing in project management, digital marketing strategies, and cross-functional team leadership. With a strong background in academia as the Academic Programme Manager for the Centre for Doctoral Training in Applied Photonics at Heriot-Watt University, Kasia has coordinated academic programs and successfully delivered innovation-oriented initiatives. Prior to this, Kasia held project management and senior R&D roles at Agilent Technologies, where new assays for the Agilent TapeStation System were developed. An educational background includes MSc degrees in Chemistry from The University of Edinburgh and the University of Wroclaw, as well as a Digital Leadership module from Edinburgh Business School.
