Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at La Bottega S.p.A. since January 2019, Matteo leads a team of 30 professionals in operations for over 100 brands in multiple regions, focusing on tailored customer solutions. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Commercial and Operational Officer, where Matteo implemented transformative sales strategies, and as President of LA COSMETICA S.R.L. Matteo also has a background as General Manager at 432 House - Core Athletic, where a new fitness concept was developed, and as founder and General Manager of Pure Fashion, facilitating retail entry in China. With an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from Università Bocconi, Matteo combines strategic insight with a strong operational foundation.
