Lorenzo Quiambao

Lorenzo Quiambao is an accomplished research professional with extensive experience in the field of biology and immunology. Currently serving as a Research Assistant in Vaccine Development at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology since May 2019, Lorenzo previously contributed to ELISA Assay Development at GenWay Biotech and gained clinical laboratory expertise at Sutter Health. At the University of California, Merced, Lorenzo held multiple roles, including Transfer Recruitment Ambassador, Student Athlete Learning Assistant, and Undergraduate Research Assistant, showcasing a strong foundation in mentoring, tutoring, and research. Lorenzo earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from UC Merced in 2016, further underscoring a commitment to academic and professional excellence.
