Chloe Johnson

Chloe Johnson, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and sports management. Currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, Chloe also holds a position on the Board of the ERG Committee. Before this role, Chloe worked at the United States Tennis Association as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager and at gpac in various capacities including Talent Acquisition Manager and Executive Search Consultant. Prior to establishing a strong foothold in recruitment, Chloe was the Director of Basketball Operations for the London Lions and a professional basketball player in the British Basketball League. Chloe's academic background includes an MBA in Sports Management from the University of East London, along with a BA in Communication and Sociology from Davidson College and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from San Diego State University.
