Greg Golden has over 30 years of experience in the industry. Greg began their career in 1990 as a Manager with the Brennan Family of Restaurants, where they developed a Kitchen Manager program at Commander's Palace and implemented a Kitchen Manager position at Mr. B's Bistro. In 1994, they became the General Manager at TGI Fridays, where they opened the French Quarter location and achieved the highest weekly sales of their franchisee. Greg also implemented a room service menu, procedures, and staffing. In 1995, they moved on to La Madeleine as a Market Trainer. In 2000, they joined Hot Shot Express, Inc. as Vice President, where they opened four additional branch offices, developed procedures and standards of operation, and wrote all learning and development materials. In 2014, they took on a Sales role with Taylor-Seidenbach, Inc. In 2016, they became Terminal Manager at Hackbarth Delivery Service. In 2021, they took on a Terminal Manager role at USPack and a Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor role at Big Easy Blends. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Operations Manager at Lab Logistics.
Greg Golden attended Hattiesburg High School from 1979 to 1981. Greg then attended The University of Southern Mississippi from 1981 to 1985, where they studied Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management.
