Heather Cavise

Heather Cavise is an accomplished human resource professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at LADACIN Network since April 2019. Prior to this role, Heather held positions at Union County College, where responsibilities included both Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources, and served as Director of Human Resources at Supreme Security Systems, Inc. and Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resource Business Partner at MetLife and Director of Human Resources at Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. Heather holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from Walden University, a Master's in Human Resources Development and Organizational Management from Manhattanville University, and a Bachelor's in Human Resources from the University of Delaware. Heather is also certified as a SHRM-CP and CELS.
