Jackie Stout

Jackie Stout is a seasoned technology services professional with extensive experience in IT management and support. Currently serving as the Technology Services Officer & Manager at Lake City Bank since April 2022, Jackie focuses on developing and implementing technology service management strategies that align with the bank's objectives. Prior to this role, Jackie owned Omega Computer Solutions from November 2011 to October 2022, providing comprehensive IT support including system installations, configurations, and virus removal. Earlier experience includes IT administration at ACC Climate Control, field tech roles at AME managing major projects for banks and the University of Notre Dame, and computer technician duties at Fairfield Jr/Sr High School. Jackie holds an Associate's degree in Microsoft Networking from Ivy Tech Community College-Northeast.
