Joseph Hotter is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the materials and research sectors. Currently serving as Senior Engineering Manager for Supplier Engineering Technologies at Lam Research, Joseph has held significant positions at 3D Systems Corporation, including Vice President of Materials Operations and Vice President of Materials R&D. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Technology & Innovation in Healthcare at SABIC Innovative Plastics and multiple director-level positions at Covidien (Medtronic Minimally Invasive Therapies Group). Joseph's career began as a Research Associate at PPG Industries, and both a Ph.D. in Fiber & Polymer Science and an M.S. in Textile Engineering were earned at North Carolina State University.
