Dr. Lauren Beal

Dr. Lauren Beal is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Executive Director of the Lancaster County STEM Alliance with The Steinman Foundation since January 2023. In addition, Dr. Beal holds an adjunct professor position at Lebanon Valley College since October 2020 and has been the Associate Program Director of Educational Partnerships at Lancaster Lebanon IU 13 since July 2015. Previously, Dr. Beal was an Assistant Principal at Ephrata Area School District from October 2014 to July 2015. Academically, Dr. Beal earned a Doctorate in Leadership and Administration along with an MBA from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business (2010-2013) and holds a Master of Science in Astronomy from West Chester University of Pennsylvania (2006-2009) and a Master of Science in Earth and Space Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania (1999-2003).
