Rosa Conn is the Founder and Master Chef at Rosita's Cocina, a venue offering authentic Mexican cuisine, cooking classes, catering services, and DIY food kits since May 2018. Concurrently, Rosa serves as a Spanish Interpreter at Language Connections. Prior to these roles, Rosa worked at Angelica from January 2017 to March 2020, where responsibilities progressed from Customer Care & Operations Specialist to Northeastern Regional Account Manager, focusing on customer relationships. From January 2001 to January 2007, Rosa was a Customer Service Representative at Merkafon De Mexico Teleperformance, supporting both Spanish and English-speaking customers. Rosa Conn is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management at Northern Essex Community College, with further education at Suffolk University.
