David Cooke

David Cooke is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategic and operational leadership within the finance sector. Currently serving as Operations and Finance Director at Lantra since November 2018, key achievements include significant reductions in certificate processing times through the implementation of a new operating model. Prior experience includes notable roles at HomeServe, where David led transformation initiatives to decrease complaints within a regulated environment, and various finance leadership positions at IBM, managing high-profile outsourcing contracts and delivering large-scale financial improvement programs. David holds an Associate Membership from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Sheffield Hallam University.
