Mauricio Grimaldi has a solid work experience spanning over two decades. Mauricio started their career as a Creative Art Director at B/Ferraz in 1999 and worked there until 2005. Following that, they took on the role of Senior Digital Designer at Hive Digital Media from 2005 to 2008. Mauricio then joined RAPP as a Digital Design Lead from 2008 to 2009.
Continuing their career progression, Mauricio returned to Hive Digital Media in 2010 as a Digital Design Director and stayed until 2011. Mauricio then transitioned to PARSEC DIGITAL as a UX Lead from 2011 to 2012.
In 2013, Mauricio joined Banco Original as a UX Lead and remained there until 2015. Mauricio subsequently worked as a UX Lead at Itaú Unibanco from 2015 to 2016. During this time, they became experienced in leading user experience efforts.
From 2016 to 2018, Mauricio served as the Head of UX at Jüssi, further expanding their leadership skills in the field. Mauricio then moved on to Santander Brasil, where they worked as a UX Manager from 2018 to 2022.
Most recently, Mauricio Grimaldi joined C&A Brasil in 2022 as a UX Manager. Their diverse experience in leading UX teams and their expertise in digital design make him a valuable asset to any organization.
Mauricio Grimaldi's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Publicidade e Propaganda from Universidade Paulista, which they obtained between 1998 and 2001. In 2022 and 2023, they pursued a postgraduate degree, an MBA in Digital Business, at MBA USP/Esalq. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2004, they completed a certification in Graphic Production from Impacta Tecnologia. In 2006, they obtained the Art Direction + Copywriting certification from Miami Ad School. In 2008, Mauricio obtained certifications in Marketing Management - Product, Brand, New Products and Services, as well as Communication Process and Corporate Communications, from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). Mauricio also received the Digital Product Leadership certification from Tera in 2018.
