Candice Delamarre

Candice Delamarre serves as the Co-founder and COO of Kit Switch, a women-owned public-benefit corporation dedicated to creating a modular system for apartment interiors that enhances efficiency in design, coordination, and construction, while promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. Since August 2021, Kit Switch has operated from the Autodesk Technology Center in San Francisco and has participated in multiple innovation programs, including the Wells Fargo Innovation Incubator and the USGBC-LA Net Zero Accelerator. Currently, Candice is also a Venture Fellow at Larta Institute, focusing on innovative solutions for urban communities, and has garnered $100,000 in funding to enhance the company’s initiatives. Candice holds advanced degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and CentraleSupélec, complemented by a wealth of experience in sustainability consulting and project management across various sectors.
