Karine Roxburgh

Karine Roxburgh, CPA, has extensive work experience in governance, compliance, and financial auditing. karine currently holds the position of Director of Governance and Compliance at Lassonde since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Compliance Specialist at Intact from March 2019 to July 2022. karine also worked at Bombardier as an OSC Compliance professional, where they were responsible for scoping exercises, identifying risks, and ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls from March 2016 to February 2019. Karine has also held roles at Deloitte Australia as a Senior Analyst and Senior Consultant from March 2014 to February 2016 and January 2009 to July 2015, respectively. Additionally, they served as an Executive Board Member at Quebec Chartered Professional Accountants from May 2012 to July 2015. Karine began their career at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant from May 2008 to January 2009 and later worked as a Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from February 2005 to May 2008.

Karine Roxburgh, CPA completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Université du Québec en Outaouais between 2002 and 2005. karine has obtained a certification to become a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) from LinkedIn in 2022.
