Andres Garcia Chaidez

Andres Garcia Chaidez currently serves as the Senior Community College Program Coordinator at the Latino Education Advancement Foundation, a position held since July 2023, and previously held the role of Community College Program Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as the Youth Program Lead at AACI from September 2022 to July 2023, Community Health Navigator at MedZed from April 2022 to August 2022, and EHS Contact Tracer at Tesla from January 2022 to April 2022. Additional roles include being an Adelante Mentor at San Jose State University and a CDC Undergraduate Public Health Scholar at UCLA Fielding School of Public Health in the summer of 2021, as well as working as a Community Health Worker at Community Health Partnership from October 2020 to July 2021. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Chicana/Chicano Studies from San Jose State University and an Associate of Arts with an emphasis in Liberal Studies - Elementary Teaching from Evergreen Valley College. Currently, Andres is pursuing a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Student Affairs at the University of San Francisco.
