Aakash Koli has worked in various roles since 2016. Aakash began their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Montana State University-Bozeman in 2016. In 2019, they took on the role of Director of Quality at Lattice Biologics Ltd. and Food Safety Manager at WayFare Inc. At WayFare Inc., they were responsible for developing and implementing GMP and Food Safety programs to production employees, writing protocols and procedures according to BRC guidelines, leading the company's food safety program to ensure HACCP, training sanitation employees on proper cleaning procedures and use of chemicals, and researching and conducting root cause analysis of all product quality related problems.
Aakash Koli obtained their Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from the University of Pune in 2012. Aakash then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Biotechnology from the same university between 2013 and 2015. In 2016, they continued their education at Montana State University-Bozeman, where they earned a Master's degree in Microbiology, General in 2018. In 2019, Aakash Koli obtained a HACCP (Food Safety) Auditor certification from the International HACCP Alliance.
