Velga Ozolina

Velga Ozolina has extensive work experience in the field of research and academia. Velga is currently employed as a Senior Researcher at Latvijas Banka since September 2021. Prior to this, they held several roles at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2003 onwards. These roles include Senior Researcher, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Researcher, Lecturer, and Research Assistant. Their tenure at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte spanned from 2003 to 2017.

From 2000 to 2010, Velga Ozolina attended Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University), where they completed their studies and obtained a degree in Macroeconometric modelling. Velga earned the title of Dr.oec. during this time.
