Shavaun Petrie

Shavaun Petrie is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Launch Housing since January 2022 and as a Co-Founder of Spark Theory since October 2021. Previous roles include Learning Partner positions at EML and Goodstart Early Learning, and Learning and Development Manager at Good Shepherd Australia New Zealand and RDNS. Additional experience encompasses senior project management in teacher development at the Department of Education and Training, as well as leadership development at Bastow. Shavaun holds multiple graduate and advanced diplomas in psychology from Monash University, management qualifications from Flinders University, and extensive certifications in project management, mentoring, and training.
