Abraham Jankans

Abraham Jankans has held various positions in the workforce development and human capital solutions field since 2000. Abraham began their career as a Branch Manager at Remedy Staffing in 2001 and then moved to Remedy Intelligent Staffing, where they served as Area Manager of the Talent Magnet Division. In 2005, they founded Launchpad Careers, Inc., where they served as Chief Executive Officer. In 2007, they took on the role of Community Organizer for Obama for America. From 2009 to 2020, they were the Founder & CEO of Workforce 2.0, a leading provider of workforce development and human capital solutions. In 2020, they joined Salesforce as a Partner Advisory Board Member, and they are currently the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Launchpad Software, an innovative SaaS platform for State and Local Workforce Development, Education and Human Services Agencies.

Abraham Jankans attended Orange Coast College from 1996 to 2012, where they studied Business Administration and Pottery but did not receive a degree.
