Shivani K. has been working in the business world since 2007, when they began as the Director of Capture Business Development at ZTI Inc. In this role, they provided guidance and management of multiple application infrastructure projects from Project initiation to planning, execution and Project closure for internal and external customers adhering to Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) requirements and change control procedures. Shivani was also responsible for sourcing, negotiating and closing partnerships with Navy Federal Credit Union, IBM, Census Bureau, JP Morgan Chase, AT&T, Verizon, CGI, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mae, IBTS and John Hancock Insurance, generating a sale of 14 million over 5 years duration, exceeding goal by 80%. In 2013, Shivani became the President and Founder of Synapse Business Systems Inc. In 2017, they joined Vistage Worldwide, Inc. as a Member.

Shivani K. is currently enrolled at Stratford University.
