Édith Jacques

Édith Jacques is an experienced legal professional and partner at Lavery Avocats since October 2007, specializing in strategic advice and legal project management, while representing private companies in various transactions and advising financial institutions on private financing matters. Jacques holds prominent leadership roles, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for MEQ - Manufacturiers et Exportateurs du Québec since 2007, and has previously been the President and Vice-President of the Board of Directors for Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters from 2014 to 2018. Prior to Lavery Avocats, Jacques was a partner and lawyer at Desjardins Ducharme from 2003 to October 2007. Educational qualifications include a graduate degree in Business Administration from Université Laval, a Bachelor of Laws from École du Barreau, and a Baccalauréat in Law from Université Laval, along with a diploma in Sciences administratives from Cégep de Victoriaville.
