Katie Lavigne

Katie Lavigne is an accomplished professional with experience in event planning, office administration, and student mentoring. Currently serving as a UConn Werth Innovator at the UConn Werth Institute since 2020, Lavigne has contributed to organizing events such as the Experience Innovation Expo and participated in recruitment initiatives. In addition, Lavigne has worked as an Office Assistant at Lavigne Manufacturing, Inc. since June 2016, where responsibilities included supporting organizational projects and conducting quality assurance tasks. As a First Year Experience Mentor at the University of Connecticut from August 2020 to May 2021, Lavigne facilitated class discussions, assisted students, and managed resources on the HuskyCT platform. Lavigne holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Sciences and Allied Health Sciences from the University of Connecticut, having completed studies in May 2023.
