Claire Allan is currently the Director & Head of Leasehold Enfranchisement at Lawrence Stephens since August 2023. Prior to this, Claire was the Head of Leasehold Reform and a Partner at Child & Child from March 2009 to August 2023. Claire holds a BA Honours in Accounting & Law from Newcastle University. Claire has extensive experience in handling significant super prime central London enfranchisements and providing practical advice to a wide range of clients including property owners, family offices, developers, investors, corporates, high-net-worth individuals, private equity firms, sellers, purchasers, lenders, and borrowers. Claire specializes in London Landed Estates such as Cadogan Estate, Grosvenor Estate, John Lyon’s Charity Estate, and Wellcome Trust.
