Ejaz Sharieff

Ejaz Sharieff possesses extensive experience in operational management and administration within both military and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as GM Operations at LRBT, the largest provider of eye care in Pakistan, Ejaz oversees multiple hospitals in Punjab and Sind provinces since April 2017. Previously, Ejaz held the role of Administrator at Burns Centre, a public-private venture, from October 2020 to October 2023. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at the Pakistan Air Force, such as managing mechanical transport fleet operations and candidate selection for the Inter Services Selection Board. Ejaz's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Army Staff College Quetta and a Diploma in HR Management from the Pakistan Institute of Management.
