Arkadiy Telegin

Arkadiy Telegin serves as Co-Founder and CTO at Leaping AI since August 2023, focusing on creating empathetic Voice AI agents for enterprises. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Software Officer at WARR Space Robotics, where leadership entailed software and autonomous systems development for the CRATER Mars rover project, and as Technical Lead for an autonomous rover MVP. Contributions span a variety of technical projects and initiatives in AI and robotics, including positions at Plus, Microsoft, and STTech GmbH, highlighting a strong foundation in machine learning, autonomous systems, and software engineering. Arkadiy holds an honors degree in Technology Management from the Center for Digital Technology and Management and is pursuing an M.Sc. in Computer Science at the Technical University of Munich. Additional academic experience includes a tenure as a Visiting Scholar in Computer Science at The University of Tokyo.
