Rajasmita Nayak

Rajasmita Nayak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design and educational content development. Currently serving as Lead Instructional Designer at LearningMate since April 2021, Rajasmita has implemented methodologies and workflows for project execution while previously holding roles such as Senior and Instructional Designer. Expertise includes creating online courses, mobile learning, and converting traditional courses into online formats. Prior roles include Subject Matter Expert at Tata ClassEdge, where Rajasmita designed multimedia storyboards and developed educational materials, and Learning Designer at IsEqualTo Learning Systems, focusing on engaging content for K-12 students.
