David Ruggiero has extensive experience in the restaurant management sector, currently serving as Directeur de restaurant at LECOINTRE PARIS since January 2017, overseeing operations at renowned establishments such as Paris Christian Dior and Criteo. Prior to this role, David worked with Compass Group France from March 2014 to November 2016, holding various management positions including Directeur de restaurant at CNAM and Groupe Alstom, as well as Directeur adjoint positions at E.Leclerc and Palais de justice.
