Carol Borden has extensive experience in the field of psychology and behavioral health. Currently serving in a behavioral health role with the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe since May 2017, Carol was granted tribal licensure by the Leech Lake Nation in 2020 and completed clinical coursework and an internship at Adler Graduate School in December 2022. Prior to this, Carol worked as a Staff RN at Essentia Health and held various teaching positions, including Professor of Psychology at St. Cloud State University and Bemidji State University, where courses focused on cognitive psychology, physiological psychology, and lifespan development. Carol earned a Ph.D. in General Experimental Psychology from the University of North Dakota and completed clinical training at Adler Graduate School.
