Matthew Knight

Matthew Knight is an experienced professional in operations and management, currently serving as the Director of Operations for Legal Services at LegalZoom since May 2023. Prior to this role, Matthew spent over a decade at Amazon, where positions included Senior Manager of Learning Process Engineering, Multi-Site Operations Leader, Operations Manager, and Area Operations Manager. In the Senior Manager role, Matthew led a team of seven Program Managers responsible for creating onboarding and development programs for field operations leaders across multiple business lines.
