Shannan Brandenberger

Shannan Brandenberger has worked in customer service and project management since 2001. Shannan began their career as a Senior Customer Service Representative at M&T Bank, where they worked until 2008. Shannan then moved to Wilson Ave Digital, where they held the role of Project Manager and was responsible for online business management, community management, customer relationship management, and had an interest in UX/UI and design. Most recently, they have been a Customer Support Professional at Legiit since 2022.

Shannan Brandenberger received a Bachelor's degree in Business/Financial Management from Goldey-Beacom College.
