Raman Malhotra

Raman Malhotra currently serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Leidos, a position held since May 2018, and previously held the Director of Talent Acquisition role at both Leidos and General Dynamics Information Technology. Prior experience includes positions such as Talent Acquisition Manager at Harris Corporation and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, as well as Senior Recruiter roles at McKesson Provider Technologies and The Home Depot. Raman also has extensive experience in recruiting and staffing consulting from earlier roles at The Home Depot, ChoicePoint, and GE Energy. Educational qualifications include completion of the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Program at The Wharton School and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Cleveland State University.
