Uwe Gerber

Uwe Gerber is an experienced professional in operations management, currently serving as Senior Vice President Operations at LEM since February 2023. Prior to this role, Uwe held the position of Geschäftsführer and COO at Schaltbau - Bode from February 2020 to January 2023, and at Thermamax from October 2018 to February 2020. Uwe's career at MAHLE spanned from March 1999 to February 2020, where Uwe advanced through various roles including Chief Operating Officer, Plant Manager, Manager Prototype Shop, and Project Manager. Uwe Gerber holds a Diplom Ing. in Wirtschaftsingenieur from FH Esslingen, obtained between 1995 and 1999, and a Techniker degree in Maschinenbau from Technikerschule, completed between 1988 and 1990.
