Yevgeniya Kruglova is the Head of Talent Acquisition at Lemon.io. Yevgeniya has over 7 years of experience in the field of online education. Yevgeniya Kruglova launched and ran two big educational online projects while they were the Mentors & Editors Project Manager at Uvoteam from November 2011 to April 2018. Yevgeniya Kruglova's responsibilities included acting as a Product owner, collaborating with a development team, writing user stories, and prioritizing project backlogs. In addition, Yevgeniya Kruglova also developed terms and procedures for fast-growing projects, managed a team of supervisors, staff and freelance mentors, and coordinated freelancers acquisition process.
