Adela Goia

Adela Goia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Adela began their career at Office Depot in 2007, where they worked in various roles within the Credit & Collections department, eventually becoming a Team Leader. In 2012, they transitioned to the position of Project Manager before leaving the company in 2015. Adela then joined E.ON as an AP Operations Manager, where they worked until early 2019. Most recently, they held positions at LEONI, starting as an HR Service Delivery Manager in 2019 and eventually becoming the Head of Shared Service Centre. Adela is currently serving as the Head of Employee Services & Payroll Romania.

Adela Goia completed their Bachelor's degree in Law from Babes Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca from 1999 to 2003. Later, in 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from UBV.
