Lidia Koleva Janeva

Lidia Koleva Janeva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lidia started their career in 2011 as an English Language Teacher at Intervisa English Language private School. In 2012, Lidia became the Executive Secretary General, Office Manager, and Administrative Coordinator at Enforcement Agent Aleksandar Pulejkov, where they were responsible for general secretarial tasks and team evaluation. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at Smart Events International as a Senior Customer Service and Events Assistant, assisting clients with event registration and providing customer care. In the same year, Lidia joined LEORON Institute as an International Training Consultant and played a crucial role in boosting clients' competitiveness through high-quality training programs. Lidia later became an Instructional Design Specialist, ensuring the creation of engaging and effective learning experiences by collaborating with subject matter experts and instructional teams. Currently, Lidia serves as the Lead Instructional Design Specialist at LEORON Institute, overseeing and managing instructional design projects while emphasizing the delivery of quality learning experiences.

Lidia Koleva Janeva has studied English Language and Literature at Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Project Management Foundations from LinkedIn in 2022, Certified Secure Computer User from Semos Computers Education Center in 2014, Executive assistants, office managers and administrative coordinators from Triple S Group DOO in 2014, and Business Etiquette and Protocol Training from The Protocol School of Washington in 2013.
