Benjamin Richardson

Benjamin Richardson serves as Chief Operating Officer at LHi Group since May 2012, overseeing operations across nine global offices and four specialist brands. Responsibilities include leadership development, succession planning, strategic collaboration, and budget management. Previously, Benjamin was Managing Director for UK & Europe, managing business units across five offices, and held senior roles including Senior Director for the West Coast and Head of SciPro for the Life Sciences division. With a career beginning in 2008, Benjamin played key roles in establishing and expanding LHi Group's presence in the USA and has consistently driven growth and development within the organization.
