Ed Catalina has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, currently serving as a Senior Loan Processor and Underwriter at CNN Mortgage since August 2012, where promotion to underwriter followed exemplary performance. Catalina's career began at Hamilton Mortgage as a Loan Officer from September 2005 to April 2008 and continued at Housing Solutions Inc. and BNC National Bank, where responsibilities included generating business and closing numerous loans monthly. Prior to entering the mortgage sector, Catalina was recognized as the highest-paid Senior Loan Processor at loanDepot for exemplary work ethic. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and Science from the University of Pittsburgh and a degree in Liberal Arts from the PA Institute of Culinary Arts.
