Na Chen

Na Chen has a diverse work experience starting from 2012. From June 2012 to April 2013, they worked at BMW Group Asia as a Senior Specialist in Product Requirement E/E. From April 2013 to December 2014, they held the position of Assistant Manager in IT Solution at the same company, where they set up and localized a driving simulator facility and built a Chinese simulation virtual environment. From December 2014 to January 2016, they worked as a Project Manager in Highly Automated Driving, leading the BMW-Baidu HAD project and managing the BMW China Highly Automated Driving Project. In 2016 and 2017, they served as a Project Manager in Autonomous Driving and ADAS at LeEco Auto, where they were involved in project management and partnership cooperation. From July 2017 to January 2018, they worked as the Director of Operations at Zongmu Technology HoloMatic. Since January 2018, they have been working at Meituan, initially as the Head of Strategic Cooperation and Autonomous Delivery Open Platform, responsible for strategic planning, business analysis, business development, and leading the team of Autonomous Delivery Open Platform. As of February 2022, Na Chen is serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at LiangDao.

Na Chen obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronic and Automation Science from Beihang University. From 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Interdisciplinary Engineering at Northeastern University. In 2020, Na Chen completed a Mini MBA online program in Product Strategy at China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Na also completed a Business Analytics online program from Wharton Online in 2021, earning a certificate in Business Analytics: From Data to Insights. Additionally, Na Chen has certifications in AIDA FreeDiving 1 and Openwater Diver.
