Earl Brecks

Earl Brecks is a seasoned professional in business transformation and banking with a robust background in managing programs and partnerships. Currently serving as the Business Transformation Lead at Liberty Bank - CT since November 2023, Earl previously held key positions at Citizens Bank from 2008 to 2022, including Head of Platform and Partnership Solutions for Citizens Pay and PMO Lead for Consumer Banking. Earl's career also encompasses significant roles at The Hartford, where responsibilities included Controller and Senior Black Belt within P&C Six Sigma, as well as Assistant Director of Accounting Policy. Earlier experience includes serving as an Audit Manager at KPMG from 1997 to 2003. Earl holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Management and Accounting from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
