Alexa A. is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Since 2015, Alexa A. has held various leadership positions at Life Fitness, currently serving as Director of HR Business Partnership & Talent Acquisition, and previously as Sr. Manager of Talent & HR, HR Business Partner, and Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to Life Fitness, Alexa A. was the Director of Executive Search at Carrington & Carrington Executive Search from March 2011 to February 2015, where responsibilities included driving recruitment strategy and managing a team of recruiting professionals. Alexa A. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from DePaul University.
