Robin Turner

Robin Turner has over 25 years of experience in HR and payroll management. Robin currently serves as the Director of Global HR Technology and Payroll at Life Fitness, where they have been since 2019. Prior to this, they held senior HR roles at Silgan Plastics, Nidec Motor Corporation, PayTech, and Insituform Technologies. Robin also has experience as an HR/Payroll Manager at Zak Companies and as a Payroll Administrator at Williamson County Special Education. Before entering the HR field, they owned and managed their own business, Southwestern Exposure. Throughout their career, Robin has demonstrated expertise in HRIS and payroll systems, project management, and strategic leadership.

Robin Turner completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Kennedy Western University in 2005. They then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Aspen University starting in 2009. Robin also obtained certifications including a CPP Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in August 2003 and a Missouri Notary Public from the State of Missouri- Office of Administration in 2017. They also have a certification in Enterprise HRIS/Payroll from ADP, although the specific details such as when it was obtained are unknown.
