Vijay Santhosh

Vijay Santhosh is currently the National Performance & Engagement Lead at Lifeline Australia. Prior to this role, he worked as a Business Development Manager at Medibank and as a Principal CX Consultant at TourbillionCX. With extensive experience in business development in the telecom and call center industry, he has held various managerial positions at companies like HGS and Intelenet Global Services. Vijay started his career in event management and has a BCom degree from Bangalore University and an Honors' Diploma in Software Technology & Systems Management from NIIT Limited.
