Alejandro Beltran

Alejandro Beltran has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Alejandro currently serves as the Vice President of Strategic Growth at Lifespace Communities, Inc. starting in October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Zonda as a Vice President from January 2017 to September 2022.

Alejandro also held a Senior Director position at Alvarez & Marsal Real Estate Advisory Services, LLC from October 2005 to December 2016, where they were involved in new business development activities and provided specialized advisory services to real estate investors. Additionally, Alejandro worked at Deloitte Consulting as a Sr. Consultant from July 2004 to September 2005 and at Ernst & Young as an Associate from May 2003 to September 2004.

Earlier in their career, Alejandro gained experience as an Account Executive at APM, S.A. de C.V. from October 1999 to May 2001, where they managed a portfolio account and helped develop sales and marketing plans. Alejandro also worked at Mobil Oil as a Territory Manager from January 1995 to September 1999, overseeing multiple stores and employees while supporting expansion efforts into Mexico.

Alejandro Beltran completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Monterrey Tech - ITESM between the years 1990 and 1994. After that, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University, attending from 2001 to 2003.
