Sharlynn van Tassell

Sharlynn Van Tassell is an experienced psychiatric nurse practitioner currently serving as a FNP and PMHNP-BC at Brightways Counseling since December 2020, and as a psychiatric nurse practitioner at Lifeways, Inc. since January 2017, providing both in-office and telehealth psychiatric services across all ages. Prior experience includes a role as a nurse case manager at Genex Services Inc. from October 2013 to December 2016 and as a registered nurse at St. Luke's Hospital from June 2008 to January 2014. Sharlynn holds a Master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of Cincinnati (2018-2019), a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from Boise State University (1998-2000), and an Associate's degree in Nursing from the College of Southern Idaho (1994-1997).
