Ricardo Andrés Fonseca is an accomplished Clinical Epidemiologist currently working at Primary Health Tasmania since October 2022. Prior to this role, Ricardo served as a Senior Epidemiologist at the Department of Health in Tasmania and has extensive research experience as a University Associate at the Menzies Institute for Medical Research, where work focused on cardiovascular health. Ricardo holds a Ph.D. in Medical Research from the University of Tasmania and a Master of Public Health from Griffith University. With a strong background in clinical practice, including roles as a Medical Assistant and Medical Auditor, Ricardo has also extensively contributed to healthcare management and research, publishing numerous manuscripts in prestigious medical journals.
