Andrew (Drew) Nichols has over 20 years of experience in software engineering, development and project management. Andrew (Drew) started their career in 1999 as a Developer, Technical Lead, Project Manager Consultant at BMG Columbia House. In 2004, they became a Project Manager Consultant at ClassesUSA. In 2007, they became a Consultant at Scholastic. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Consultant at The Walt Disney Company, where they coached a Scrum team of 12 in the design and development of Disney’s testing a direct to consumer streaming service. From 2010 to 2014, they worked as a Development Manager at TheLadders.com, where they managed, coached and coded with 2 Scrum teams of 6 developers, UX designers, and testers in the development and maintenance of 3 web applications. In 2014, they became the VP of Engineering at LiftForward, Inc., where they provided OEM device manufacturers, retailers and banks with Buy Now Pay Later (“BNPL”) subscription software platforms that connected all the components necessary for successful subscription programs.
Andrew (Drew) Nichols obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Connecticut in 1998. In 2008, they obtained a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
