Bikram Mishra

Bikram Mishra has extensive experience in human resources, with roles in various organizations spanning from 1997 to the present. Bikram has worked as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Light since 2023, and previously served as the Chief HR Advisor at SBI-SG Global Securities Services Pvt. Ltd. from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at Asirvad Microfinance LTD from 2018 to 2022.

Prior to their role at Asirvad Microfinance LTD, they worked as the Senior Vice President Human Resources at Equitas Small Finance Bank in 2017 and as the BHR Head and Employee Relation Head at Wipro from 2010 to 2016. Bikram also held the position of Head - Global Recruitment Centre & HR Shared Services at Standard Chartered Bank from 2005 to 2010.

Bikram's earlier experience includes roles at HCLTech as a Manager in Human Capital Management, at Ramco Systems as a Senior HR Product Specialist, and at National Dairy Development Board as a Manager in Human Resources.

Bikram Mishra completed their education in a chronological manner. From 1991 to 1994, they pursued a degree in Applied Geology at the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines) in Dhanbad. Afterward, from 1995 to 1997, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, where they obtained an MBA degree in Human Resources Management. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained a certification in "Balancing Multiple Roles as a Leader" from LinkedIn in April 2021.
