Molly Anderson

Molly Anderson is an experienced educator and leader with a focus on multi-tiered systems of support and science education. Currently serving as the MTSS Coordinator at Lighthouse Community Public Schools since July 2020, Molly collaborates with various stakeholders to enhance student and family support. Previously, as the Science Lead for K-8, Molly implemented curriculum and strategies for diverse learners. From May 2013 to July 2020, Molly founded and led Novare Edu, a cloud platform promoting competency-based learning across eight states. Additional experience includes founding board member at Ventana School, where Molly led research on best practices, and teaching in the Newark Unified School District, where Molly developed district-level science curriculums. Molly holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Pedagogy from Calvin University.
