Ricardo Bento Alves

Ricardo Bento Alves has extensive experience in performance analysis and management within the renewable energy sector, currently serving as Performance Insights Lead and previously as Performance Analyst at Lightsource bp since July 2020, where processes for tracking and managing incidents across an international fleet of approximately 1.8GWp were established. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Performance Analyst, focused on monitoring and technical analysis for large-scale international sites in the USA, Spain, and Australia. Ricardo's academic background includes a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, along with significant leadership roles in student associations, organizing large events and activities that fostered community engagement and collaboration among engineering students.
