Kyle Brasser

Kyle Brasser has over 13 years of experience in the real estate development and investment industry. Kyle is currently serving as the Vice President & Regional Development Partner at Lincoln Avenue Communities, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this role, Kyle worked as a Developer at Reuter Walton Development from January 2018 to June 2021 and as a Developer at Sherman Associates from April 2017 to January 2018. Kyle also served as an Asset and Investment Manager at Mountain Real Estate Capital, LLC from September 2012 to March 2017. Kyle's early career experience includes working as a Development Associate at Dominium Development & Acquisition from February 2009 to September 2012, where they were responsible for new project underwriting and feasibility analysis.

Kyle Brasser attended the Wisconsin School of Business from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Real Estate and Finance. In 2007, they also briefly studied Finance at ESCP Business School.
